Research Material Purchase Agreement
This agreement outlines the conditions under which research materials are sold and purchased.
By placing an order with PrettyLabs Research LLC (“Seller”), the purchaser (“Purchaser”) confirms and agrees to the terms below.

Research Use Only
All items are supplied strictly as laboratory research materials intended solely for legitimate scientific and/or in vitro research conducted by qualified professionals. -
No Human or Veterinary Use
Purchaser acknowledges all items are not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, and not for clinical, cosmetic, diagnostic, or therapeutic application. -
No Claims / No Instructions
Seller does not provide medical guidance, usage instructions, dosing information, or claims regarding outcomes. -
Age Requirement
Purchaser confirms they are 21 years of age or older. -
Payment Authorization
Purchaser confirms they are the cardholder or account owner, authorized the purchase, and will contact Seller about any problem before disputing a payment. -
Purchaser Verification
Orders may be subject to verification prior to fulfillment. Seller reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified or appears inconsistent with research-only purchase intent. -
Shipping Location
Purchaser confirms they are located in the United States and that the order will be delivered to, and remain with, the Purchaser at a U.S. address. Purchaser agrees not to use a package-forwarding, reshipping or freight service, and not to send or export the materials outside the United States. Orders that do not meet this requirement will be canceled and refunded. -
Compliance & Responsibility
Purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safe handling procedures related to laboratory research materials. -
Refunds & Policies
Purchaser agrees to review and comply with the Seller’s Refund Policy and Terms of Service available on this website prior to purchase.
