Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PrettyLabs™ Research reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive and process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been accepted or processed. Purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund & Shipping Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household research use and not for commercial resale or export. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities where prohibited by law, policy, or compliance concerns.

Fraud, Chargebacks, and Order Review

To protect against fraud and chargebacks, we may request additional information to verify identity, payment authorization, or order legitimacy. If verification cannot be completed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect address information, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Lost or delayed packages are subject to our Package Protection Promise — if your package does not arrive within 14 business days of the ship date, we will reship or refund your order. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original ship date.

Intellectual Property

Our Services and all related content (including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio) are owned by PrettyLabs™ Research, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without our prior written consent.

Optional Tools, Third-Party Links & Privacy

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or endorsement. The Services may contain links to third-party websites — we are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
